Before Finview

The first years were spent in company accounting. From 2008 onwards came the roles that shaped how I work today.

2008 – 2012 · Chief accountant, Ozone Laboratories

I handled the financial side of the company's acquisition by the Labormed group: the transfer of assets, of inventory and of people, with all the tax verification that comes with it. I was responsible for administrative, tax, financial, treasury and commercial operations, and for reporting to external shareholders.

2012 – 2016 · Chief accountant, A&D Pharma group (now Dr. Max)

I built the financial flow and the reporting rules from scratch for every new business line in the group. I ran the accounting for six companies and oversaw the consolidated financial statements of the holding.

2016 – 2026 · Ten years in a software company

I joined as head of finance and accounting. Between 2019 and 2021 I was finance director — the period in which the company grew from 20 to over 300 employees: budgeting, monthly reporting to shareholders, corporate governance, internal procedures, statutory and internal audit.

From 2021 I ran treasury and accounting: cash flow planning, the relationship with the banks, credit lines, factoring, letters of guarantee, intra-group loans and foreign currency operations. In the same period I saw through a merger, the transfer pricing file, the research and development file and the implementation of a state aid scheme — and I digitised the accounting and treasury processes, with new platforms and flows connecting systems that previously did not talk to each other.

What I do now

I founded The Finview to do the same work, but for companies that cannot afford a full-time finance director. Every client works directly with me — this work means knowing the company, not merely recording invoices.

Working in English

Statutory records are kept in Romanian, as the law requires. Everything you receive — reporting, correspondence, explanations — can be in English.
